Launching a new online service for clients can be a daunting prospect – will they understand the capabilities? Will they adapt to the digital architecture? Will they like it? With this in mind the Gulf Agency Company (GAC) approached us to create a short film explaining the features of their new track and trace portal for client shipments. For this post production task we opted for reactive text and colourful animation to quickly and concisely explain all the features in a fun and snappy film. This approach immediately lifted client expectations and together we refined the content to perfectly demonstrate the capabilities and user experience.
